We were so impressed with the grooming service Nova provided. She has such a calm and friendly demeanour, which our Goldendoodle warmed up to right away. He was nervous to be away from us but Nova was so patient with him and took her time to give him the best experience. She sent regular updates on his progress and they took breaks when he needed.
